Missing Persons – Aussie style

When it comes to writing a gripping missing persons mystery, Australian authors are at the top.

While there is a great range of crime mysteries from the likes of Sarah Bailey, Garry Disher, Candice Fox, Kerry Greenwood, Chris Hammer & Peter Temple, (to name just half a dozen) there are also some great mysterious psychological thrillers in the particular niche of “missing person” mystery.

Generally these novels have a great sense of place in a multi-layered mystery narrative, even our climate has a role to play – from the sweltering heat of the inland to chilling fog shrouded forests.
